Winchester is a city in the county of Hampshire, on the edge of England's South Downs National Park. It’s known for medieval Winchester Cathedral, with its 17th-century Morley Library, the Winchester Bible and a Norman crypt. Nearby are the ruins of Wolvesey Castle and the Winchester City Mill, a working 18th-century corn mill.

WINCHESTER SCHOOL OF ENGLISH

The Winchester School of English, otherwise known as ATC Winchester, was established in 1989. It is the only year-round British Council accredited language school in England’s ancient capital. Winchester itself is beautiful, historic and green with superb connections to numerous places of beauty and interest including London, Oxford and The New Forest. It is no surprise that Winchester has been rated as having the highest quality of life in the UK. At the school our adult learners enjoy a great deal of individual attention, a varied curriculum  and our special mixture of small class sizes, family atmosphere and professionalism.
